The hotel offered a shuttle with a limited schedule. A quick Uber ride cost only seven dollars. The rooms had kitchens, this was useful. Breakfast was good, I did not have to search for food.

the location was really convenient for visiting universal. it was only a short ride away. our room had a small kitchen which was very handy. we managed to save money on meals. i found the breakfast excellent , so we didn't need to search for food each morning.
i found that the shuttle schedule had some limitations. i wished it operated more frequently.

the rooms included a television and a small fridge. i noticed there were sufficient outlets for charging devices. the beds felt comfortable with clean linens.

the hotel is situated very close to universal studios, a short uber ride. i saw that tgi fridays is conveniently hooked to the hotel. this provided a decent dining option without needing to travel far after a long day.

the staff accommodated bag storage when we arrived early. i witnessed efficient check-ins for larger groups, well-managed. i did see staff responding quickly to requests , such as providing extra towels when asked.
